'Lucifer'-fans dolenthousiast over seizoen 5a
Het eerste deel van het op een na laatste seizoen wordt enorm goed ontvangen.
Het vijfde seizoen van Lucifer werd in twee delen gesplitst, waarbij het tweede gedeelte later dit jaar online verschijnt. Helemaal af zijn de laatste afleveringen nog niet, en de productie begint voorlopig nog niet. Pas in oktober zouden de camera's weer gaan draaien.

Zesde seizoen
Eerder was het verhaal dat dit het laatste seizoen van Lucifer zou worden. Maar Netflix besloot, gezien de populariteit van de serie om er nog eens te bestellen. Daarover was Netflix wel heel duidelijk: het zal echt het laatste seizoen zijn. De bedoeling is dat de opnames van die laatste reeks snel beginnen.
